A little difficult to get a hold of, but other than that they were on-time and did everything very well.  Would recommend.

Tree came down during a storm and there were lots of trees in the area down. Band W still came out to give me a bid the day I called them. Came back the next day and moved the downed bit of tree from the driveway. As I said, lots of trees were down so it took them a day or two to come back and finish the job. But they got the obstruction out of the way immediately and, when it was my turn, they came when they said they would and very neatly cleaned up the downed bit of the tree, took down what remained standing and completely cleaned up behind themselves.
Very pleased with the service.

I have used this company three times so far. They came recommended by a neighbor and I have been very pleased. He was available when I needed him. He came out and was very accurate with his estimation of the service. He brought a team out for the job, they were really clean and respectful of my home and yard. They did a great job and I've been very happy with them.

They had said they would do it the week of September 17th but had a cancellation so arrived at 8:00 am on the 17th, and were finished by noon. My neighbors wanted the wood for their fireplace so they cut the wood up and stacked in my neighbor's yard. The clean-up was as if they were cleaning their own yards. They were polite and friendly.

One day all was removed except the tree stump. The next day the tree stump was removed. Team of several individuals accomplished the job quickly. No damage to nearby items and no branch/leaf residue. I appreciated their advice on removing one branch that was a hazard to our house. Only item was a small circle [about a foot] of grass burnt from the heat of the machinery when on the lawn. We can plant - no problem.
