Strictly Moles

We have highly dexterous raccoons that we able to reach inside the devices to grab and remove the anticoagulant bait.  Evidently the bait was in small enough levels to not kill racoons, but since they got the bait within a week of refilling the bait stations, the rodent population wasn't impacted either.  Changing to a more  toxic bait would have solved rodent problem, but I was reluctant to use it since the racoons would probably spread it into the environment.
A few years earlier, a neighbor had a mole problem that was spreading to our yard.  They called Strictly Moles and the problem was instantly resolved.  No moles since, either.

I thought I saw mole runs again in my yard this year in July, 2-3 years after Mr Burden treated my yard for moles. He came back out the next day and walked over my whole yard again, and gave me the good news that I still had no mole activity in my yard or bedding areas. He told me that the upheaval of the bedding areas was due to raccoons this time. He is prompt, reliable, and honest. I appreciated his follow-up. There was no charge this time. His price was reasonable to treat the moles too, as compared to other companies that I spoke with prior to hiring his services. I can't remember the exact amount at this time, so I won't say anything about that.

He has always been good. He communicates well. He knows what he is doing. He is responsive. He is there when he says he will be. He is easy to work with and talk to. I would rate him high overall.

We used Strictly Moles in late 2007 to treat a previous mole problem and were pleased with the results, so called them again. He came out as soon as the weather permitted and in one trip was able to give us an estimate and do the treatment. He is very pleasant to work with, patiently answers questions and explains the process. I have called with follow-up questions and he is always helpful.
