They came 2 business days after we called, but would have come the next day had we been available. On the day of service, someone called to ask if the serviceman could come early as the schedule was moving quickly that day. The serviceman was clean, polite, and friendly, yet worked at a very fast pace. He was done in an hour or so. We discussed one issue where he recommended replacing that particular lighting system. In that case we discussed possibly finding help online with the problem with our touchpad switches and said that we would both search. To date, I haven't heard back from him, but it wasn't a priority for either of us, especially since he recommended replacement of the lights instead of fixing an outdated system. We were satisfied and would definitely use them again.
