Service call to fix sink ,best guys in the area!

10 year old water heater (in a hard water area) was making odd sounds--Maquet indicated that tank was probably plugged with sediment--they tested the tank and were unable to drain any sludge from it (indicating a significant layer of mineral build up in the bottom).
They indicated they had replacement tanks on hand, but I asked them to fit the new unit with some accessories--a catch pan in case of a leak, a sensor that would sound an alarm if a leak was detected, and an automatic shutoff that would close the incoming water line if a leak was sensed. The indicated they could add those pieces but that they would need to be ordered. I gave them the go ahead to order the pieces--hoping that the old tank would hang on until the parts arrived.
About a week later, my wife went to get a broom from a closet adjacent to the utility closet--and the broom was wet. True to expected form, the old tank had sprung a small leak. I called Maquet and indicated that a new tank had to go in that day. By 10:00 am, one worker had arrived to pump out the old tank. By 11:45, a second arrived with the new tank and all the accessory pieces we had ordered--they had arrived that morning.
Everything went in by 3:00 pm--including a catch pan that the had fabricated in their shop to fit the cramped area where my tank resided. I was very pleased with the prompt attention and the quality of their work. I recommend them highly to anyone who wants first class plumbing services.

Repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. The repairman was courteous, knowledgeable and explained the problems and the solutions needed. He was conscientious about cleaning up any mess made during repairs. Price for service was acceptable. Will use this provider again without hesitation.

They did an excellent job. They did the job and charged me exactly what they had said they would charge. They cleaned up, which was unlike any contractor I had ever used.

We discovered a leak in the drain line from our dishwasher--not big, but bothersome. We had used Maquet previously to install a faucet and had been pleased with their work. Called them about the dishwasher leak--they offered to come out immediately. After checking out the problem, they determined that the fitting on the end of the drain hose was corroded and causing the leak--he checked the truck a determined that he did not have a drain hose for our make of dishwasher (Bosch) and returned to his shop to get one--they determined that they did not have one in house but called to say they were going to pick one up at a supplier and would return to complete the job--he did return, and intalled the new drain line and while doing so noticed a small leak at the supply fitting to the dishwasher--he repaired that as well. Reinstalled the dishwasher--tested everything to verify it was working properly--all in all, with the time to retrieve a new hose, about 3 hours were spent on the job, but they only charged us for one. We are very pleased with their promptness, knowledge, and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done properly. Will use them again!

This was the first time I used them. When I called them they were right here. The person that was here made a couple of trips to get whatever it was he needed. He was very pleasant, nice, professional and friendly, and answered all our questions. The quality was great. He did a good job - it was done in one day. He brought the pipes up to code and fixed a lot of leaky pipes. He fixed the faucets outside - made them much sturdier. He gave me another line for that, like I had asked, but that was an extra cost anyway. He said he would be here at 8:00 and then showed up maybe at 8:30. It was pretty wild here. We had roofers here and all kinds of people, so it didn’t matter. It was okay. He worked around them and all their various tools. Two guys came the day before and looked at everything. They said probably they would have to start at $500 and go from there. Nobody wants to spend that much money, but they were very upfront with it. Their price was fair. I didn’t get any other quotes. I just went with them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Overall everything went well.
