I had Frantz come out for a minor cockroach problem. The technician was helpful, professional, and on time. The service was effective as I haven't seen another roach since, and it's been almost a year.

The tech was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered our questions, and we sure we had all the info we needed to keep out pets safe during the process. Have not seen a bug since the second application (three applications are included in the cost. ) They have a guarantee, that if you see a bug after completing the 3 application process, they will come back out for free. As a bonus, we havent seen a spider since the first application in September! (4 months)

I like that they are punctual or sometimes early.  I would like a little more communication but they are good.  They say the guy in the field will call before he comes but he doesn’t always.  Other than that they are excellent.

I paid them $75 when they last came out. They are very dependable and friendly. They provide excellent service. I didn?t make any price comparison. When I started with them years ago, they were comparable with the other companies. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
