Great job. On time. On budget. Good service and friendly.

Everything went really nice, very good. He was very honest. He came out and took a look at it. The air conditioning did run but it wasn't cold. He took it all out and told that there was a leak. He couldn't see it but he could have somebody come out and find the leak and replace it. There is no guarantee that another leak wouldn't spring up. He suggested to replace it. It was 25 years old so I decided to do that. He went ahead and filled up the refrigerant section so that it will run until Monday. He could come on Monday take the old one out and put the new one in.

The evening of Christmas Day, we went upstairs to discover a very cold upper floor. We discovered that something was wrong with our HVAC. After setting up space heaters for the kids and giving our in-laws an electric blanket, I got up the next day and called Danco just after 8 AM. They answered right away, and had a service technician at the house by 9 AM. After his initial diagnosis, he went back in to town for more parts and had finished the repair completely by about 3 PM. The service technician was very polite and courteous, and also took the time to explain to us about our unit, how it works and what went wrong.
Unfortunately, the repair was costly (we had a fried circuit board) but that was not the fault of the company. We were very impressed with them and will be contacting them in the future, should we have HVAC issues.

Danco Heating and Cooling are really responsible, keep your house clean, come when you call them, and have a good maintenance program. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
