Impressed with knowledge, and expertise for geothermal systems. Provided comprehensive computer models of energy and money savings for heating and cooling, as well as sizing of system. Helped understand tax advantages and options.
Quote was competitive. Mostly selected this company and system due to confidence in owner (very hands on and knowledgeable about whole HVAC industry and geothermal), and confidence this was best system.
Sized system with 5 holes each about 10ft apart in backyard. Much better than some competitors that run long trenches througout property that disrupt much more area, yet are NOT as efficient.
Installation was on time, and done as promised. Minimal disruption of property for installation of geothermal "wells" Clean installation, very well organized. Old system replaed and new installed same day with no major downtime.
Follow up by owner to insure system working well. Recommending to everyone.

He fixed it in a very short amount of time, at a very reasonable price and did a very good job. He is very honest about whether your repair will work or whether you need a new unit. He spent the time going through a diagnostic until he found the problem, which turned out to be a lightning issue. He went through several different tests before making any decision. It turned out to be a fairly inexpensive part. He was very persistent until he found the problem. It was $130 and it was done after hours, but he charged me his regular rate.
