They came in tore off the old roof then started putting the new one on, they may have had 1/3 left to finish up the next day. Our yard was very clean when they were done, if you had not seen them you would not have known they had been there. New roof looks great and works very well. I was in the attic yesterday(rained all day)looked around and did not see any problems.

They cleaned up and did pretty much what they were supposed to do. There were a couple of things that I was not happy about buy they did a really good job on the roof. Their price was just in line compared to the others that I checked with. They were here when they were supposed to be and their professionalism was pretty good too.

Brian and his crew showed up as promised at 7 a.m. on the day it was to start. He brought more than enough people to get the started and to get the material unloaded. He checked out what might be needed and color matched the drip edge to match our house. The crew got started by 7:20 were up on the roof and began tearing off the old shingles and by 9 had the old chimney removed along with all the old shingles and roofing. They then cleaned up and removed the tarps they had spread around the house to protect it from the old roofing while they waited on the roof sheeting and the shingles. once the roof sheeting and shingles arrived the house was sheeted, vents installed and ready for shingles by NOON! I was totally impressed by the professionalism and how the crew kept working together as a team. After taking lunch, they started on the shingles and were done by 4:30 totally cleaned the yard, and had my wife go out and inspect the job to make any corrections or adjust anything she did not like. I highly recomend this company to anyone who is considering getting roof repair done on their home or business. Brian and his crew are very professional, punctual, and above all demonstrate a work ethic that I personally thought disappeared with the bigger companies I have used int past for repairs or improvements to my home.

Found not a scrap of old shingles, garbage, or nails. Since the roofing was part of a recall, Benassi also jumped through every hoop required by the manufacturer from sending in sample defective materials to filing out forms. I'd re-hire Benassi in a heartbeat.
