AARO EXCAVATING

Steve Burling is the co-owner of Aaros Excavating. My husband and I hired him to lay some concrete around our house, as well as lay down white rock. He was professional at first until he didn't agree with what we had originally planned. It was over night that his demeanor and attitude changed. He no longer wanted to help us even though we had already paid him $1000.00. He came over with the wrong products and when I asked him about it, he insulted and taunted me about not being woman enough to make a decision without my husband. He knew he was delivering the wrong product, but it didn't matter because he could get this specific product cheaper than what we paid for and wanted. After a few days of calling him, he finally came to pick up the wrong product and told us he would not be delivering the right product and wouldn't be giving us a partial refund. He ignored our requests and was not wanting to compromise with us. When my husband finally told him to leave and we would be letting other people know, he started screaming at my husband and telling him he wanted to fist fight. He was screaming obscenities at both of us for a good 10 minutes before we got him to leave. Do not trust this man. He is a smooth talker and seems very polite and customer service oriented, but he is far from it. Again, do not trust Steve Burling!
