They are really quite wonderful. The gentleman who came out was really great. He came on time, he did a really good diagnostic and he clearly understood what the dilemma was. He ordered a part, when the part was received we settled on another appointment date and he came again on time. The cost was well within what I would consider a good price for the repair that he did.
I would definitely use them. They are certainly skilled at the repairs of household appliances and prolonging their life. Their skill level is extremely high and their professionalism is really nice in this day and age.
