Everything went great! Bill was awesome at explaining everything and he looked at absolutely everything even crawling into little spots to check them out. The recap was great. I had never had an inspector do that before. Rather than just sending us a report he met us at the home when he was finished that way he could walk us through everything he had done and any potential problems he had done.

Within one day of requesting the inspection he emailed me with a time and date of the inspection (later in the week).  He sent me a reminder email before him came for the inspection.  When I arrived he spent over an hour walking me through the home and grounds telling me of the inspection results.  Within a couple of hours that night I was emailed a through explanation of his report with detailed pictures.
