While Cara was easy to talk to in person, worked with my ideas, and gave good suggestions that also stayed inside my budget, she was difficult to reach. I called her home and business phone numbers as well as e-mailing her, but it usually took weeks for her replay if she replied at all. When we met for the last time before my wedding, she promised to send pictures of the arrangements we had discussed. She never sent them and didn't return my phone calls. When she arrived on the wedding day, my bouquet as well as the bridesmaids' bouquets were much smaller than I anticipated, the boutineers were unimpressive, and the centerpiece bouquets were pretty but sparse and too short. The worst part of all of it, though, was that the bouquets for me to toss and the one to give to my grandparents in recognition of their 62nd anniversary were pitiful. I wanted a beautiful silk bouquet that mimicked mine, but instead, I got a handful of cheap-looking yellow daisies. My bridesmaids were gracious enough to let me use their flowers to toss and give my grandparents. Cara was nice, but I won't recommend her to anyone.
