 + -1 moreThe entire process went really smoothly. Within 5 days after our initial request for help, we already had a scheduled interview with 3 candidates from which we selected one. Kate has been with us for over 2 months and we haven't had any problems. The agency has a great replacement policy; however, it looks like we will not be needing one. We were very impressed by the quick response and the overall quality of the service. We were also able to find a housekeeper for ourselves through Windy City. I highly recommend this agency.
Description of Work: We needed a caregiver for our father who was discharged from the hospital and the agency helped us find an appropriate person that would meet our father's needs.
