The house came with a 2 year warranty. Several years after it expired I started to notice lumps on the roof. I called TMM and he said he would come by which he never did. I called several roofers to look the the lumps. The both come up with the same conclusion. The reason these lumps were appearing was because the builder (TMM) put insulation in between the joists which didn't allow the heat to escape, so in the winter I would get condensation which caused MOLD growth, and in the summer the heat had no place to escape causing the plywood to buckle. The other problem was the attic had no vents. As was explained to him in several letters we feel that he should reinburse us for the expense to correct his mistakes. The attic area was not done correct from the start. As it was explained to him in letters we feel it was a poor design and poor workmanship.
