Contacted Paul on a Thursday and he sent his estimator out that afternoon.  I was told the job would be done as soon as the weather allowed.  Once we had a break in the rain, the crew was out here (they called the night before to let me know they were coming).  The tree looks great, the stump is gone and they did an awesome job of cleaning up after themselves.   They even cleaned leaves off the deck, which I think actually came down with the high winds the night before.  The yard looked better than it did when they arrived!   We've used Tiny Tim Tree Service several times in the past to remove trees and trim others.  They never disappoint, they are always professional and we have always been very satisfied with their work.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY....This was the second time we used Tiny Tim. Both experience have been great. Their prices are resonable, Paul is trustworthy and follows through on what he promises. The crew is fun to watch and they clean up their mess very well. The first time we used them, about 6 years ago, they removed 5 trees from our property - one was a very tall evergreen that was very close to our house and our neighbors house and was taller than both 2 story houses. They removed the tree with no problems and no damage to the homes.

They did the job really fast. It only took about a half a day. They cleaned up and did a nice job. They are dependable. The price was good.

They came and took care of the tree on my neighbor's behalf (it's our tree) and did not send an invoice for about 5 months. They charged $500 for the service. Due to a miscommunication between myself and my neighbor, he paid $250 and I paid $500 for services rendered. Upon finding out that my neighbor had paid for half of the invoice already, I called Paul (presumably the owner/accountant) and explained the situation. He checked his records and agreed to refund me $250. I waited about one and a half weeks and called again. Paul, once again, said he'd take care of it. It has been about 3 weeks since that second phone call and neither me or my neighbor have received a refund check.

HORRIBLE!!! Stay away!!!

Joseph came to the house and wrote an estimate on a business card. I called to hire them and he told me they would be there within the week... no one showed up. I called 3 times and each time he said, "We'll be there today." And, guess what? No one showed up. I finally confronted him about leaving us hanging and he told me to hire someone else because he was too busy. He was rude on the phone and lied about having us on the schedule three times. Do not waste your time.

I hired another company.

They were very accommodating and offered a senior discount which helped.

We're quite pleased with the work Tiny Tim Tree Service provided. They gave us an estimate in one day, and two days later they were here working already. They were quite professional and polite as well.

Phone call was returned promptly. They came out next day to perform estimate. Very responsive, but we ended up using a less expensive vendor.

They were very responsive. The came and looked at the work while, I was gone and gave me an estimate. Called back to lower their price because they had work in the neighborhood. Did part of the work the next day, removing the trees. They came a few days later to remove the stumps. They did miss a few items but when I called, the gentleman happily said they would take care of it. I would use them again without hesitation. The only really small thing was that they didn't call to say when they would do the work as I requested so I can be there to make sure it was all done, but since they were more than willing to come back and finish, it was not a problem.

We called on Friday afternoon, and the work was done within 24 hours! Branko (their stump guy) was friendly and responsive. The work cost us much less than we expected. I would definitely use again!

I used this company in the past and they did good work, but for this job they gave me an estimate of $500, then agreed to go down to $475 before I settled on a company that did the work for $320.

I just think they are so high. They are good, fast and clean.

I do not believe that this group needs any business and would never recommend them to anyone. I was not going to call him back, because he did not seem to care about working. There are much better tree service companies out there, and believe me, this is not one of them!

No one ever returned my phone calls.

They were very responsive. They returned my phone call, came out for an estimate, and did the work all in 4 hours total. They gave me an estimate of $500-550 and ended up charging $550. My only complaint was that they gave my apple wood to my neighbor without my permission (though they then offered to give me free wood of another type). They removed all debris nicely too.

I CALLED ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON TO LEAVE A MESSAGE REGARDING AN ESTIMATE. MY CALL WAS RETURNED ALMOST IMMEDIATELY, & THE OWNER CAME OUT WITHIN AN HOUR. THE WORK WAS SCHEDULED FOR LATER THE SAME WEEK. THE OWNER WAS COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL- BOTH WITH ME & WITH HIS CREW, WHO WERE HARD-WORKING, EFFICIENT, & GOT THE JOB DONE. THE CLEAN-UP WAS DONE BEAUTIFULLY. I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN!

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AT A GOOD PRICE. THEY WERE VERY HONEST AND CLEANED UP WELL.

THE CREW WORKED QUICKLY AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP VERY WELL. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND VERY SAFE IN REMOVING THIS TALL TREE FROM THE FRONT OF OUR HOME. THERE WAS A BIG MESS AND ONCE THE TREE WAS CUT DOWN AND CLEANED UP AND HAULED AWAY, YOU COULDN'T TELL THEY WERE HERE, EVEN AFTER THE STUMP WAS REMOVED. THEY'RE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO!!!
