We have been very happy with the service Skylark has provided over the years on all of our cars. (We currently have three - a Honda, a Hyundai, and a Mercury). They always do an excellent job, are prompt, and their prices are reasonable.

Skylark Garage was very helpful when my car wouldn't start and I appeared to be stuck in a parking lot. When I called them they were really helpful over the phone, asking specific questions about what was going on, and immediately said that if I got the car to them, they could look at it that day. I did eventually get the car to start, and brought it in, and they did exactly what they said they would, in terms of calling me to tell me what was wrong, and getting the car repaired that afternoon. I also really appreciated that they went into detail on what was going on, which was a dead battery. They told me exactly how they tested the battery, and the work they did to double check nothing else was causing the problem. I would definitely use them again, for both unexpected situations such as this one, or more planned maintenance.

They are very good and they do what they say they are going to do.  I have been very satisfied.  They are reliable and you can trust what they do.  I have taken my car to places and they make mistakes and ignore their error until I found it, but I have not found any of these problems with them.

 It was first tricky getting in because they are so busy, but eventually I set up an appointment and was able to bring in it early.  Overall, I thought Skylark Auto were very honest and informative.  I would defintitely reccommend them to anyone.
