We interviewed several companies to give us quotes on our bathroom. One of the things that stood out to us about Premier was there reviews and their warranty. We hired Premier and they remodeled our second floor hall bathroom. We are completely satisfied and happy with all of the work and the Workmen who were here in our home. We highly recommend them and we will be using them again when we are ready to do our master bathroom.

Really nice people to work with. They listen to what you need and renovated the shower and upstairs living space (they removed a weight-bearing wall) with you in mind throughout the journey. I HIGHLY recommend them!! Highlights: -Very detailed crews -Quality work -Thorough -Knowledgeable workers and project manager -If we had any feedback on how we would like things to look or function – they considered our requests and implemented them -Tiles laid out in bathroom were laid out nicely and perfectly; and the colors were beautifully picked -Their work was done so thoroughly and impeccably, it was reassuring that they cared about the work they did. -Caring people/team -We felt like we were in the best hands! -Communication: fast. They would respond to your message in 24hrs. Amazing! Relieving, actually. (Thank you Vince and Jill) -My parents very much loved and appreciated the part where Vince went shopping with them at the very beginning to grab all the necessary supplies and gave them guidance on what to get. Other companies that I had inquired with, did not offer this kind of help or care; instead, they wanted you to pick out your own materials that will be needed for the renovation – which is nerve wracking if you chose the wrong stuff! We are VERY happy with the results. Feedback/Comments: The only feedback we have was – the time and schedule. My parents wished it took just a bit less time to complete. Conclusion: All in all, the team were very lovely and nice to talk to! We never felt pressured or felt put off by them (other companies we had inquired with, were not personable at all and cared only about getting your money). Vince was very nice and understanding to work with. He made sure the project was worth the money and worth the quality and thoroughness that you’ll receive when working with his team. Which, we definitely received! Very good job!!!!!! And so professional! We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with the results. We are glad we chose this team to renovate our shower and to remove a weight-bearing wall upstairs – to create an open space layout. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! THANK YOU VINCE AND JILL – AND TEAM!!

Buyer beware, the owner is not who he claims to be. This is because the person you will likely interact with (or at least benefit) is Vince La Rocca, who is not allowed to work in the construction or renovation industry: [*** Link removed ***] Domenic LaRocca, the name of Vince's father, is an elderly retired man who is most assuredly not the person who was operating this yelp page until recently. I highly doubt "Randall Page" is the owner of this business, but likely a new alias of Vince. You may get lucky and Vince will hire good subcontractors and your project will go well. You may get unlucky and Vince will hire lousy subcontractors and stiff them, and then steal over $100,000 of your money while you find someone to undo all the damage they caused and start the project anew. I am but one of Vince's many victims. Do some due diligence and determine how many lawsuits have been filed against Vince LaRocca, Katlia, A1 Construction of Chicagoland or some of his other aliases (Vince Ventura, for example). I can tell you from experience that if you sue this business and win, you will have an impossible time collecting what a court declares you are owed. If you hire this business for your project, I wish you luck. You will need it.

Premier redid two bathrooms in my older home. Lots of moving parts to the project but the manager was outstanding and gave expert recommendations. Scheduling was easy and the finished product was beautiful. I would hire them again.

We needed a company to help us design a bathroom that complimented our Chicago Bungalow layout. We cannot be happier with the quality of work, and the responsiveness of the company. We thoroughly trusted the construction crew who worked into the night to finish the project on time. Our bathroom is beautiful and we have had so many compliments on the design. Vince spent quite a bit of time walking us through the process and making sure that the quality of work was completed correctly. There is not one inch of our bathroom that wasn't well thought out and the attention to detail was priceless.

We just had our 65 year old kitchen fully remolded by Premier Home Improvements and they did a phenomenal job. From design, to product selection, and specifically the numerous areas within our plans that required customization when the project was in full swing - the Premier team was able to problem solve each one successfully and provide a stunning solution. We have now had multiple family members and friends visit our dream kitchen and comment that it looks like something out of an ABT showroom!!

We recently purchased a home that was built in the 1950s with a recreation room that was still in its original state. This room with a very outdated aesthetic was desperately in need of an update, and we began the process of contacting numerous contractors for estimates to renovate the space. From the planning stage, Premier Home Improvements stood out from other contractors because of how professional and meticulous they were in presenting their proposal. We received a through and transparent explanation regarding their process and the estimated cost. They carefully took notes on the vision we had for the updated room and made sure to incorporate specific modifications we requested into the blueprint. Once the work began, we consistently received updates regarding the progress of the project and clear explanations on why certain issues with the original construction (things that were hidden behind the walls) needed to be addressed now. The project manager also responded to any concerns we had with the work in progress and made sure that they were addressed by the crew. Even when there was an unforeseen situation with a glass window sustaining a crack at some point during the renovation, Premier made sure that it was replaced with a brand new window before all of the work was completed. Overall, we are very pleased with the job Premier performed in turning the obsolete recreation room that was an eyesore into a modern and sleek room that is pleasing to look at and is far more functional as a space. Premier delivered a room that was very much in line with what we had in mind, and it was worth the wait.

We were looking to add a full bathroom in our basement. It can be daunting to try to find the right contractor. Premier Home Improvements walked us through the process and was very thorough. We never felt pressured to sign with them. They gave us options about where we could build the new bathroom in our basement. They explained each step of the project and provided a contract outlining everything. We went on a shopping trip with the project manager to pick all the materials and he took time to answer questions without rushing us. Once the project started, they sealed off areas of our home and covered our carpet. Their workers were very professional and did their best to not disturb us while we did e-learning/worked from home. They also ensured that they followed guidelines to keep their employees and my family safe while working during a pandemic. If any concerns were raised, they quickly addressed them. We were in constant communication with the Project Manager. We’re extremely happy with the finished project and I highly recommend them! I cannot stress this enough! They do amazing work but most importantly are so professional and provide great customer service!

Premier Home Improvement went above and beyond my expectations on my kitchen remodel! I had unknown plumbing and electrical issues that they had to completely redo. My electrical box placement wasn’t in a good place and I showed them a hidden/beyond backsplash/cabinet idea and they delivered exactly what I asked for! They turned my Pinterest picture ideas into reality and I love everything about it. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to remodel!

My experience with this company was generally positive with a few caveats. Pros: The quality of work they did seems high (to my novice eye) All their workers seemed to be focused on doing the job correctly Each work crew cleaned up the area each day (not perfectly but more than I had expected) Cons: The overall length of time for the project was longer than expected or estimated There were continual lags between stages of the project with little communication as to what the delay was Had to hire a different company for the replacement glass shower door (this was clearly explained to me at the beginning of the job but it’s not very convenient to have to hire a completely different company for what seems like part of remodeling a shower stall)

"We see that the "B" that we received was in regard to price. This work was done in a condo building so we feel that the price was very fair based on having to deal with using elevators to move materials and tools up and down. We do not specialize in the fabrication and installation of shower doors. We gave the client the vendor that we have used for other projects. We are not the cheapest company but we will give you the best quality and value for your money."

We recently had Premier Improvement build a bathroom in the basement for us. It took a little longer than we expected but we are happy with the results so far. We understood a lot of people wanted to do different projects in their homes since travels and vacations are not happening that much this summer and we appreciated their effort to finish working before our son started school online. They are professionals and the quality of the work is good, they care about what we wanted and delivered. They want you to be 100% happy and will work hard if they have to for the costumer to be pleased.

Premier home improvements remodeled our bathroom from top to bottom. The walls, the subfloor, the plumbing and the electrical were falling apart (literally!). They were here when they said they were coming, cleaned up after themselves every time, let us know what was the next step and when the next payment was due, even though it was in writing, I liked that reminder. Like any old house, we encountered some setbacks but we worked it out and they were attentive to our comments/ concerns. At the end everything was done and we are happy with our bathroom. Thank you.

The project went very well. The men were very clean and friendly and this company went above and beyond to make sure we were happy as the project progressed. The bathroom counter top was delivered and they found that it was cracked after then took it out of the box so we ordered a new one and Premier went and helped us by picking it up. All of the work was done within the scheduled time and we would recommend the company for sure.
