 + -1 moreThey can't give an estimated service time. When the day arrived they needed either a part which needed to be ordered (which means a wait) or a new unit which I was supposed to supply from another firm. Needless to say, they weren't interested in helping to get the job done.
Description of Work: They were asked to install a new "hot shot" since the existing one was leaking.
