MOONSHOWER SPRINKLER SERVICE

We used Moonshower for the first time this year, and our system is working better than it has in a long time. We contacted Darrell because the controller for one of our sprinkler zones was not working properly. He quickly fixed the problem with zone and then inspected the rest of the system. He repaired a leak in one of the pipes, uncovered a couple of sprinkler heads that were overgrown with grass, and adjusted a few sprinkler heads. He is knowledgeable, thorough and has fair pricing.

The work is excellent and is provided promptly at the time requested. The price is also reasonable. I highly recommend the service.

We've used Moonshower for the past 11 years. Darrell's service is awesome. He is always prompt, very easy going, cost for service is very fair, and he really know's his business. We just had Darrell over today and the cost was $75 to turn on and inspect/test our lawn irrigation system. There was a leak in the main valve and he replaced the washer at no add'l cost as part of the service. Also, one of the sprinkler heads was damaged (missing the top enclosure), but still working. Darrell said since it still works there was no need to replace - so he wasn't looking to add on to our service. However, my wife wanted it replaced and so Darrell dug out the old sprinkler head and installed a new one. The cost was only an add'l $25 - I wish getting my car serviced was priced as fair as Darrell's irrigation service. As an FYI, our irrigation system has four separate 'control' stations and approximately 16 separate sprinkler heads (3-5 on each station).

A great experience! Darrell was very knowledgable and personable. He came over to inspect an old sprinkler system that came with our house and was quickly able to identify why it wasn't working properly (which was an easy fix, but he didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing how to operate it). He also replaced a couple of sprinkler heads and suggested raising one higher so it wouldn't get buried under our plants.
He is also a really nice guy and his prices are reasonable, which is a rarity in the home repair world. We will definitely be using him as our go-to guy.

Darrell is very knowledgeable about the system, and what needs to be done to get it up and in good running condition.
He was a little behind schedule, but called us to let us know, which was nice. The price was reasonable, since he had to change about 3-4 broken sprinkler heads, and we have a large front and back yard. Will definitely call him for future spring and fall maintenance.

Super fast and easy service call!

Moonshower winterized our sprinkler system in the Fall of 2013.  This Spring, my husband noticed that there was water leaking from the pipe outside.  When Moonshower came to turn it back on in the Spring, he noticed that our pipe was broken due to an existing leak in our water source.  Moonshower came on a Saturday evening to repair the broken pipe and the fix he was trying to implement did not work.  They were able to order new parts and finally replace the pipe.  The sprinklers were up and running working this weekend.  

We've used Moonshower for years, and couldn't be happier. Darrell does a great job, is thorough, and is quite reasonably priced. We've used him for changes to our systems, mid-season repairs, and annual turn on/shut down. He's consistently awesome for all.

He came out right away and got everything working and tested the whole system.  Also,  taught me how to use it and programed my water schedule.

He was fantastic. He was real quick. He charged me exactly what he said. He was very professional. He gave me some great suggestions on how to set the timers on the system. I moved in the house last year and he got it up and running for me. It was great and he was helpful. There was a set fee for the opening. He did a whole lot of extra work that he didn't even charge me for. He called me back in less than 12 hours. He was totally on time.
