Debbie, who works in the office is WONDERFUL! Very pleasant and helpful. Don, the owner has been out several times assessing what I needed to have done. He is very helpful, and just a nice guy.  The crew is great. They take their time, and clean up everything. After having a flood control system put in, they had to piece sod to cover the hole. You can't even tell where it was. Great job!  I would highly recommend them.

They were reliable, they did a good job. Their price was reasonable.

I originally called this company and left several messages. They called me back with a quote without even coming out to the house and wanted to perform the service however I was unavailable at that specific time. We rescheduled for another day but they were unable to give me an approximate time of arrival. I waited around all day and they never came out. I called and left messages to see what was going on. They called me back on Sunday (Father's Day) and said she didn't go to work Friday and was seeing if the work had been done. I told her noone ever came out. We exchanged calls again and she then told me I am out of their service area. She explained the boundaries, and at most I would be 3 blocks out of their area. I just feel like this was completely unprofessional and I should have been notified if I was out of their area from the beginning.

They did exactly was I asked them to do. They listen to what I want done. I have a compost pile and they put the clippings into my pile for me. They did how I wanted it the first time and I didn't have to call back.

Excellent. They solved our basement seepage problems.  They used high-quality materials and Don really understands his work.

They are a little difficult to get hold of, only there late afternoon, early evening. But if you leave a message, they will return your call. They were very professional, they did a visit, gave a quote, and have stuck to it. They come weekly, I don't really pay attention to exactly when they come, but they are fast and efficient.

We referred them to other people who have referred them as well. The word is spreading and I really like them. I know he was really busy and we couldn’t find a date that they could come over. We were kind of pressuring them but we didn’t give them a specific date so that was maybe our fault. If we have any other landscaping, we'll go to them.

Overall a great job, though as is often the case we spent more than we had hoped to fix the problem.

They are prompt and they get the jobs done quickly. They leave everything nice and clean for me which I like. They are also cost efficient because they do a very good job for the amount of money that they charge. They will come out and do individualized estimates depending on how much you want done.

I have used Liberty all summer long and they have been reliable. I wish I could do this myself and save the money. Their price isn't too bad, I guess I just don't like spending the money on my lawn. They do a good job and the yard looks great.
