Lester Remodeling

This contractor provided us with a contract to refinish our entire basement for $22,000 in labor and we would pay for all materials. He finished half the basement after $16,000 of payments to him and then came back to us and told us it would actually be $37,000, not $22,000. We tried to negotiate with him, even offering 75% of the increase he was asking, and he still said no and now has completely walked off the job, leaving us with a half-finished basement.

All projects went well overall.  The contractor, Lech, is trustworthy, on time, and sees the projects through to the end without breaks to work on other people's projects.  I always left him alone in the house.  He has design ideas (that were better than mine) and pays attention to all details, making my time spent on the job very minimal.  He is able to do all types of work - from electric, plumbing, drywall, fix roof leaks, etc.  In the laundry room re-model, he even re-planned the lay out, moving the appliances to more convenient and space-saving locations (water heater, washer, dryer).  The tiling work is always beautiful and gets many compliments from my guests. I believe Lester remodeling could do almost any job in the house and I would not hesitate to call them for my next project.

We had a great experience! The project can within budget and looked beautiful when it was done. The workers were prompt and cleaned up each day before they left. Overall a great job well done. Would change anything.

My husband and I could not happier with the work that Lech did in our house. He redesigned our kitchen and made it into a work of art. We have enjoyed it and received so many complements on it. He is a true craftsman!! Lech also did two bathrooms for us and one is more beautiful than the other!!!  We have a very old home and to tear out the bathrooms and the kitchen was major work but Lech did it all with such enthusiasm, he truly loves his work and takes much pride in doing a perfect job!!! I can not imagine using anyone else ever again and would recommend him highly!!!

Lech is a self-employed craftsman that does wonderful work. He remodeled my bathroom and did a magnificent job. He puts time and effort in his work to make it perfect and the end product sure does come out perfect! The bathroom I hired Lech to remodel ended up getting completely redesigned and looks better than ever. It looks as if it was taken out of a magazine!
