The cleaner was perfectly on time; I know some services offer a window of arrival time, say "sometime between 9 and noon. I was told 2 pm, and she was there a few before 2pm It was great! And I could not have asked for better results on the project. The price was so incredibly reasonable.

They did an awesome job of Cleaning the carpet, which had some very heavy duty stains. He even came back the next day again to ensure it was cleaned thoroughly. I highly recommend this cleaning service.
