The installation was perfect. Because I couldn't see any seams when I arrived home after the installation, I actually went out in the lawn to LOOK for them and failed. Not a single cut was visible in any of the turf. The system design fell a bit short, perhaps because communication between Tony and the landscape designer hiccuped. One section got labeled 'lawn' and 'beds', so it gets watered too much. I gather from talking to people with other sprinkler companies that Greenleaf's fees are a bit steep. The landscape designer told me bluntly that I was paying for service, and I agree. Their last stop is 4 PM, but since I work 30 miles away, they make exceptions for me, coming late or on weekends to turn the system off or on, and to make whatever repairs are needed. They must treat their employees equally well, because some workers have been coming to my house for so many years that I know their names and what they like to do when they're not working for Greenleaf.
