It was a pleasure working with Jack and his assistant. My job required the use of Ardex products to repair a stair that was cracking. 2 other contractor that looked at it were not familiar with Ardex and wanted to tear out the entire stair. Jack is a specialist with Ardex. He explained the limitations of the products and what he felt needed to be done to do a good job. Upon removing the bad concrete some of it had to be replaced but the extra charge was reasonable and understandable. He followed through with every promise he made and showed up on time. He completed the job within the time frame discussed. Very knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced concrete contractor. I would definitely call Expert Concrete Solutions again for any future concrete projects.

Jack came out to provide an estimate for the pouring of a concrete slab. Is estimate was very competitive and he was able to complete the work within one week. He and his crew were very professional and did a great job on our concrete. They were also very careful with sprinkler lines, wires and a drainage pipe located within the work area. I would recommend Expert Concrete Solutions without any reservation to people looking to have this type of work done.

From beginning to end, it was a pleasure to work with Jack and his crew. They all were as nice as could be, but nice doesn't cut it if the work isn't done right. Unfortunately, weather got a bit in the way of getting the job done when I had hoped it would be done. Clearly that wasn't Expert Concrete Solutions' fault, yet Jack apologized for the inconvenience. Can't praise this company enough and may go to the expense of getting the rest of my driveway repaired next year by them. Only problem I had was that he didn't honor the 10% discount coupon I had downloaded that was on Angie's site. He said he didn't know anything about the coupon. He did, however, give me the senior citizen discount that was also mentioned. That was fine.

Jack was extremely responsive and communicated along the way. He would text progess photos and questions as they came up. The result is beautiful. They also cleaned up after themselves. They protected my new porch with plastic sheeting to keep concrete from spashing on it. Top notch service.

I had to have my side walkway replaced with new concrete. Jack, the owner, clearly explained to me what he would do to complete the project. The old concrete had to be removed and replaced with 4" thick concrete. In the area where the walkway had a large crack, Jack suggested adding wire mesh to strengthen the concrete. Throughout the process Jack kept me informed. His workers did an excellent job! They did great with the cleanup as well! I was very satisfied with the work. I would hire them again for sure.

I have referred them twice to other people already.  They were on time and cleaned up.  They were there 6 days and were wonderful.  In the spring they are going to come fix my fence and re-cement.

Jack (the owner) called and provided an estimate same day.  His team arrived the following day for demolition and framing. Two days later, the entire project was complete.  We were impressed with the prompt service and completely satisfied (so far) with the quality of the workmanship.

Jack, owner of ECS, came out, analyzed the situation and provided a quote.  We agreed on price and scheduling  for work to be completed in July and he and his team, despite weather conditions, were able to finish the work faster than originally planned.  He's knowledgeable about concrete and is honest in his analysis, indicating what can and can't be realistically done.  ECS took the time to do the job well and with good attention to detail.  Price was a little higher, but their job performance was worth it--value received so far as I can see at this point. Based on current assessment,  I would use them again, and plan to for periodic maintenance or if/as other projects arise.

Jack, the owner of ECS, was quick to communicate and come by for an estimate.  He gave me to options - an off the shelf concrete resurfacing product and an engineered product, Ardex CP & CG.  He completed all the work as promised, and as scheduled which included a power washing, an application of the product and a sealant.  Currently very happy with the results and he guaranteed the work for 2 years so hoping the spalling does not reoccur.

Jack came out gave estimate and I asked him about spalling walkway in back of house.  He said if rear was done it would not match other concrete in back-not to do. He  set up appointment and came out with a helper and performed work as agreed upon including caulking concrete by brick.  After completion, there were a few minor issues that had to be taken care of.  I called and Jack came out and took care of them.  Pleased with his work.
