ELIZABETH CLEANING SVC INC

It’s been awful. It started out as ‘Elizabeth Cleaning’ which Elizabeth was in charge and she expected her workers to get down their hands and knees to actually clean the floors. Once she stopped running the company, handed it over to another woman and man I will say they don’t know what their doing. Over the time I’ve used them it has gotten worse and worse. They will call the day before saying they are short of crews and don’t have anybody available. Then last week was the final straw when they broke my decorate dishes and bowls having the nerve to scotch tape them back together without telling me. The only reason I kept them is because they didn’t steal. I have a stove top that requires a certain method of cleaning, so I need a consistent crew because if you don’t know how to clean it with a specialized razor it won’t come clean like I want. My refrigerator requires a special cleanser to prevent scratching it. They would always send different crews that showed up at inconsistent times charging $160 when they weren’t cleaning the whole house since I asked them not to clean two bed rooms and my office. Above my front door is wooden decorative lattice which they broke and put a band aid where it was broken putting it back above the door denying they broke it. The wrecked skillets by putting them in the oven, not telling us and my daughter preheated the oven to make cookies, so they are no longer any good. I don’t want any compensation. They had the nerve to enter my home through my backyard and after the fact sent me a message asking if it was alright. I am just going to call them and tell them I cannot give them any more chances and I will find another house cleaner though Angie’s List. I will not recommend this company to anybody. It is just sad what this company has become since Elizabeth was directly running it.
