About us
David's Flooring and Remodeling is a fully-licensed, family owned business operating since 1992. We specialize in interior remodeling and construction. We work with all types of hardwood floors from exotic to standard woods, installations, dustless refinishing, staining in all colors, repairs, stair in-lays, boarders, and medallions. We offer complete bathroom remodeling including the design and tile or stone installations. Carpentry work can include all trim molding and installation of kitchen cabinets. As the client, you deal directly with the co-owner who pays special attention to the details and quality of work being performed by highly trained and experienced craftsmen, as well as her expertise in color theory, design and renovation of your new bathroom or kitchen. Our excellent customer service and your satisfaction is our highest concern. No job is too big. Our clientele ranges from private families to commercial properties including hotels, gyms, and retail establishments in and around the Chicago land area, southern Wisconsin and northern Indiana.

Quoting and Planning: Annette was extremely responsive and conscientious. I appreciated the fact that she made suggestions that enhanced my original design idea, and also saved me a lot of money by pointing out I could refinish my existing floors once more without installing new ones. (Due to some water damage, did not think that was possible.)
Job Completion: The same conscientiousness applied to everyone on the crew with whom I came in contact. With respect to the actual stain color, blended two existing stains together to get the warmth/color that I was seeking. The crew completed the job in the timeframe outlined, and the electrician even volunteered to fix a few things he noticed that were otherwise wrong in my apartment while he was there. The floors are beautiful and I could not be happier with the outcome.
Follow-Up: Annette continues to be very responsive and conscientious with respect to a couple follow up questions and addressing one minor issue that arose after the job was completed.
