+ -1 moreJoe & Cathy Spina are the owners of this business, which has been in their family for more than 30 yrs. I found it while searching the Internet for wholesale cabinets. They were listed in the ''Blue Book,'' and it said open by appointment. I called & left a message, and within an hour, Cathy called back. I told her I already had pricing and computerized plans from two sources. She asked me to fax them to her. In less than a day, she informed me she thought that the plans I had would not work well. I met with her several days later, & after several hours, I had a great plan picked out and was given a door in my wood in order to match my accessories. She requested to meet with my carpenter when she & Joe came to check the design & measurements. My carpenter was impressed with their thoroughness. Cathy & Joe were always prompt, considerate, and professional. They visited the site at least 6 times. I know I wouldn't receive better care if I had spent $40,000! They were great.
Description of Work: They measured my kitchen. They designed my kitchen while considering all of our needs, both my physical & our financial limitations. They came over to open & inspect every item upon arrival. They immediately reordered items that were scratched or damaged during delivery. They returned again to inspect the reordered items. They were available to us and our carpenter to answer questions that came up during the process, even when they were out of town!! They gave us the option to purchase accessories (faucets, microwave, sink countertops, flooring, hardware) at or near cost. They came over at the end to view the completed job. Note: they will install if you prefer.
