They were great.  The painting on the inside was done while we were out of town.  We felt comfortable with this because Clancy seemed such a nice guy and because he had recommended by Galaco Carpentry Plus who we have used several times over the years.  While we were away our cat sitter couldn't find the cats and texted us frantic.  I contacted Clancy -a cat lover as it turns out - and he  searched over the entire house until he found both cats who were hiding separately in the  very messy basement.
When we returned the house looked great and the clean up was wonderful.  They then started work on the outside of the house which was a big job with old wood windows.  One window was rotten in one section, they cleaned out the rotten wood and filled in with Bondo so that we can get a few more years out of a glass block window that will be expensive to replace.
The crew were nice guys, careful with our home, showed up early and worked hard.  When I had a problem opening one OLD window that was stuck with paint and i was afraid to jostle it too much -they came right back and opened it up.

Their punctuality was definitely good. The estimate that they gave me said they could be out within a day and a half. As far as the work done, it was very professional and it looks fantastic.

Their workmanship was superior and they were very professional. The crew was very friendly and trustworthy - I left them alone in the apartment with no incidents.
