 + -1 moreThe prices are okay and the turn-around time to pick up items is reasonable. I have had some stained items which I pointed out when they were dropped off and the stains were not removed. I also just tried on my winter jacket for the first time since it was cleaned and discovered the shoulder pads are out of shape. This company is okay for easy dry cleaning needs, but they don't seem to handle the slightly challenging items well.
