We then were told we would be called in two weeks to set the installation time. When we did not receive that call, we began follow up calls, including a contact with the owner of the company, who offered the somewhat lame apology that they were "backed up" 2-3 weeks and that they really should not have agreed to install the doors. Eventually we arranged for someone else to do the installation, and the doors were finally delivered about 7 weeks after the order was placed. However the doors had not been properly trimmed to fit the openings, and in one of the doors the cut for hinges was wrong so they could not be installed. The company came promptly to recover the doors, brought them back 24 hours later, and installed them, offering only a $75 reduction in the initial price despite the fact that we had wasted $125 paying the other installers to be here unnecessarily.
