I am very pleased with my overall experience with Allen's Carpet Service. I needed 2 upholstered chairs cleaned and I was nervous since I had bad experiences with furniture cleaners in the past. Some places clean fine furniture with carpet cleaner attachments with not such great results. Not these guys. They determine what the fabric is and use the appropriate method, even if that means using a brush by hand.
I appreciate that they did not use smelly products and they were very neat about their work, protecting the hardwood floors and rugs. My chairs are beautiful again and the price was very reasonable. What more could I ask for?
I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.

We have used their services for probably 5-6 years and have always been very pleased. This time it was 2 years since their last visit and therefore we had a few very badly soiled spots. When they were finished, all the carpeting looked like new.
