INCLUDED POST-ABATEMENT TESTING IN PROPOSAL, BUT EXPERTS RECOMMEND HAVING SUCH TESTING DONE BY A SEPARATE COMPANY.(CALL STATE DEPT. OF PUBLIC HEALTH FOR ABATEMENT INFO AND GUIDELINES.)
