They came out on the date scheduled. They charged us a 2nd service call (which we were very surprised about since we'd paid one initially.) We called the appliance maker and complained about it being no good. During that call we realized that the cost for the replacement part was by far higher than what the service company was charging us. It did repair the problem but the extra service call charge and cost for the part was way too high.

Heating and Air Conditioning Service
THEY DID NOT SATISFY ME. THE GUY DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THEY TREATED ME LIKE DIRT. THE GUY SAID HE SENT ME A LETTER EXPLAINING WHY THEY COULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. THEY DID NOT REPAIR THE AIR CONDITIONER. I HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER COMPANY COME OUT AND REPAIR IT. THESE PEOPLE ARE CONTRACTED BY ANOTHER COMPANY. ALL THAT THEY NEEDED TO DO WAS TAKE THE AIR CONDITIONER OUT OF THE ENCLOSURE AND CLEAN IT OUT. THIS WAS DONE BY THE SECOND COMPANY. THE SECOND COMPANY KNEW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. I HAVE PUT IN TEN TO TWELVE CALLS TO THE OWNER AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL. APPLIANCE DOCTOR SENT TWO DIFFERENT SERVICE MEN OUT AND NEITHER KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
