INSURED; LICENSED, WITH NO VIOLATIONS ON FILE WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPT. OF PUBLIC HEALTH; NO COMPLAINTS WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. USED APPROPRIATE HEPA EQUIPMENT. OTHER CONTRACTORS INCLUDED POST-ABATEMENT TESTING IN THEIR PROPOSALS. ALPHA DID NOT, BUT EXPERTS RECOMMEND HAVING THAT DONE BY SOMEONE NOT CONNECTED WITH THE ABATEMENT CONTRACTOR ANYWAY. SCHEDULED THE ASBESTOS ABATEMENT ON SHORT NOTICE. GOOD PRICE RELATIVE TO OTHER ESTIMATES RECEIVED.
