He doesn't come out and give me contractual services. He addresses the concern and doesn't require a contract. He is able to treat bees in the shingles to any spiders or bugs. I have been using him for the last ten years. I never see any pests in my house. He addresses it from the outside of the home, mainly. He has handled taking care of a squirrel in our attic. If something does get in, then I never see it. Whatever he uses to treat with keeps the animals from smelling bad when they are killed. He returns my calls.
