Leo and Bridgette were professional and easy to work with. The quoting process was surprisingly easy and convenient. No pressure at all throughout the whole process. The installers were very polite and arrived earlier than promised. Leo and his son came the day of the install to oversee the installation. We're happy with our new windows, they look great! They cleaned up very well upon completion too.

The window quality looks cheap. The windows arrived all scratched up and missing parts. They played it off like it was nothing. They didn't get any permits from the city to do the work. I had to deal with a building inspector and didn't know why. The windows are poor quality. I got the triple pane windows and paid a lot of money as well. They left a mess after they had left all over my brand new hard wood floors.

"We have never done a job for you , we know this because we have only done two jobs in shore wood and both required a permit. We have both on file so please remove your review as it is obviously written on the wrong companies profile. We did however do a job for a Joeseph [Member Name Removed] on 1211 [Member Information Removed] in shorewood. For this customer I personally washed the glass, washed the wood floors when finished and vacuumed the carpets. The windows had no missing parts, however the city did require two sashes to be swapped out for tempered glass, as we gladly did for this customer. The customer on 309 Garden Terrace Shorewood, IL [Member Information Removed] was extremely happy with our work and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We definatly deserve a A rating for this , our crews were suppose to be there at 8 showed up at 730 and the owner was on site to introduce them, You said our price was better than the others you had received, the owner represented the company extremely professionally and even stayed to wash the glass and visit with you before during and after. professionalism we could not be more professional our crews raked up around the outside and were wearing clean company shirts. As for quality of product, quality you have not had a single service issue with any of the windows, even when temperatures reached 20 year lwe this past winter. . I know we earned an A pus in all areas of the assessment please correct this . Thank you"

First of all it was very easy to talk to Leo and Bridgette when they came out to give us a quote. We had dealt with a previous company that gave us the pushy salesman bit, and we didn't get that from Leo and Bridgette. They actually showed up a little early, finished the job, 15 windows, in one day and cleaned up everything before they left. I would definitely use them again.
