GENKI MANAGEMENT

Disappointing. We had a 12 month contract but we asked not to renew. Genki initially seemed knowledgeable and reliable; however, our Board soon realized we were more on top of things than they were. We found them to be disorganized, unreliable, and extremely tardy getting proposals, accounting information, etc to our Board. Our Board realized we were paying for a service and doing the work ourselves.

We are happy to work with Genki and will continue to work with them going forward .

We (8 unit condo building) hired Melanie about 10-12months ago after very poor management from CPS (Chicago Property Services) and it's safe to say that we are glad we did. Melanie's communication skills are superior and her attitude is always positive. She makes sure the contractors she recommends are the best at what they do and charge fair pricing. For that reason our costs have gone down, and we have been able to schedule projects well before projected times. She is very punctual and a phone call away and the reporting is simple and straight forward. Melanie is on top of all periodical filings, contract renewals, and contractor scheduling, reducing the need for one of us to keep an eye on everything. I highly recommend Melanie!

we have been having a leaking problem in our condo. Melanie has been working with a contractor to figure out a solution. She is really good at keeping us posted and reminding us of the appointments. but overall, whenever i have an issue with our condo or a question, she is always reliable and will provide some helpful information as long as she has it. i'm very grateful for her service and support.
