Do not contract this outfit. I have more lakes than the Great Lake on my Drive way. This drive way has sucked since the day it was installed. Their custom service sucks too. I had to get the town involved to get them to Come back to repair/replace some of the lakes/ponds in the first two months it was installed. I told Tracy that I wanted 5” of asphalt and I should take some core samples because it seem more like 2” only. Tracy was a nice person to deal with. But when the father passed on the company did too. Never will hire them again

Tracy was very professional, prompt and thorough. He came out the next day after I called him and within three days, he mailed me a written bid and contract. His price was very competitive and he and his crew were very friendly and professional. They removed the old drive, dug out the area for the added width and completed the gravel base work on Tuesday. They were planning on doing the finish paving on Thursday, but rain delayed them until Friday morning. They completed the job by about 1pm. The driveway is excellent, smooth and solid. I would definitely use them again.

I request 6 quotations   Three quotations requests were from recommendations and the other three were from other sources ie yellow pages. After  interviewing all six companies, we decide to remove and replace the driveway. 3 of the four quotes were within 5% of each other so we knew what the price of the job should be.  We felt that Tracey Carlson had measured our driveway with the greatest accuracy and subsequently included the appropriate amount of asphalt and labor  to do a quality job, described the process from beginning to end, explained what he intended to do regarding removal,and paving. Be aware it will require a more of you time but it is worth it. It is an investment for the next 20-30 years,

We awarded the job to Carlson Asphalt. Simply put they came when they said they would come, they did what they said what they would do and delivered what they said what they said they would deliver.  Not the lowest and not the highest but the best-hands down.
