OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS THAT TOM LEVIS TREATS HIS CUSTOMERS THE WAY EVERYONE WANTS TO BE TREATED, FAIRLY, FRIENDLY, AND COURTEOUSLY. WE WERE ABLE TO CALL TOM OFTEN AND WERE ALWAYS RECEIVED PROPERLY AND POLITELY. WE WERE GIVEN EXPLANATIONS WITH REASONS WHY AT EVERY STEP OF THE PROJECT. ALL CONTRACTORS SHOULD BE LIKE THIS.
