The men were accommodating and professional. After an excellent job of cutting down our hickory, they cleaned the area and left smaller logs and wood chips as I requested. Each was piled neatly in a preferred location. The price was fair, and I would definitely enlist them for future tree projects.

They made sure they communicated with me every step of the way. I requested that they change certain items in the contract in terms of what they were promising me verbally and they complied without complaint. Their prices were reasonable and they gave what I originally wanted but what the other companies made me feel was asking way too much and at a much more reasonable rate ( important note I our local electric company was out prior to my search for a pro, cutting limbs from trees in our alley and I asked the foreman his professional opinion about a cost for the job and he and his team agreed that the price Zephyr eventually quoted me was what I should be charged- which says the others were over priced) Last word, I wanted them to come back next year and get the remainder of the trunk that is over our yard vs just the limbs to the trunk. He had the integrity to say that he just didn't have the proper equipment. This man has great integrity. Trust him. He treats you and your property with respect.

They did a fine job of removing weed trees, and trimming others. My only issue was a bit of a communication issue. I was not sure when they would be coming to give me an estimate. Other than that, everything was fine, and I will likely use them in the future.

I thought they did a good job. I would recommend them.

Great company to deal with all around! They were able to get out right of way to review the project, pricing was competitive, scheduled the work quickly and did a fabulous job. All the workers were friendly and respectful. Definitely will hire again for future jobs.

Set up time to quote job I immediately . Got the formal quote same night, Best of 3 prices. I signed them up Zach worked with my schedule. Proof of insurance as I requested. Hit the ground running on go day all top notch gear and safety equipment , no corners cut just trees like a surgeon. His ground crew was in full support mode thoroughly hauled and cleaned the site. True professional's . Couldn't of went better for 2 - 40 footers in tight confines Hard Working Guy's. Getting more scarce these days.

Zack and team were great! I contacted them on Aug 5th and he cane over that afternoon for a consult. He looked at our tree and provided his recommendations. That made total sense and were aligned with what we were looking to do the tree - preserve the tree but trim. We hired him and he came on August 7th. The tree trim to longer than he anticipated because they were a lot to cut, but he finished, ensured to clean up and made sure the trimmed branches didn’t land on our neighbors side. Zach was on time, professional and awesome! We will totally hire them again.

I highly recommend Zephyr Tree Service. A large tree fell during a bad storm and was blocking our garage so that we couldn't get our cars out. They arrived promptly and did an amazing job removing the entire tree. Everyone was very courteous and professional. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I will definitively use them again!

Could not be happier. Zephyr tree service were real pros.Took tree down and cleaned up so well you could not tell they were there. Having them back to trim a couple more trees in near future.You will love them.

He was very prompt and efficient

These guys did such a great job on a hot day. They not only trimmed and removed trees professionally with speed and care, but they also did such a thorough job of cleaning and respecting the space of our yard and our neighbor's yard. 100% would recommend to others and use again.

Zac showed up when he said he would and followed through. I was amazed at how he could climb and be at ease in a tree. They were conscientious and polite, helping me and my neighbor collect what we wanted for firewood and removing the rest. Great value!
