They cleaned everything unless I told them not to.  The women who came to the house were neat, clean and very nice but they went right to work.  The  bathrooms were cleaned beautifully.  The lady who did the kitchen cleaned my stove top, washed all surfaces and even cleaned my refrigerator.  It was wonderful.  They washed the floors on their hands and knees, dusted, vacuumed and did all of the things I hate doing.  The house smelled clean and my husband was breathing easier in no time because pet hair was now at an acceptable level.  The only thing was a misunderstanding about their rates and that was quickly resolved.  I have already recommended them to one of my coworkers.  They a good group to work with.

They did a great job on house . On time, returned phone calls. Cleaned everything we needed. Very nice and professional.

They arrived on time and prepared with all needed equipment and cleaning supply, they worked non stop. I am very happy with their work, I will hire them again.

In short, they were fantastic.  I was amazed by what they cleaned for example they removed the floor vents and cleaned them out, every piece of grime was cleaned off of my kitchen cabinets.  They scrubbed the floors on their hands and knees and my floor was sparlking clean.  When they were done the house smelled fresh and clean, I like that they used my cleaning supplies as I do have allergies and asthma and am sensitive to harsh smelling chemicals.  They were so professional and through.  I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they got every fuzzy furball removed from my home.  They worked hard and quickly and were done in 4 hours.
My husband wants them to come out every month and mentioned that he never saw our home so clean (thanks hubby@!).  My husband and I both work and do not have time for deep cleaning so we will definitely be bringing them back again.
My only "con" was that the rate was not throughly explained to me but now I understand how they price their jobs.

I needed to have my house deep cleaned and this company really did a fantastic job.  The crew of three were here for several hours and really worked hard.   I would definitely use them in the future.

Arranging the first cleaning appointment was easy and convenient.  David obviously puts a high emphasis on customer service.  He and the crew showed up right on time, and they did an excellent job.  They cleaned my home very thoroughly, were pleasant and professional, and left everything in perfect order.  I will be using them regularly from now on, and would highly recommend them to others.

My experience with David was very professional and pleasant. He responded to all calls within a timely manner. On the day of the appointment, they were going to be a few minutes late and he called me to let me know, very much appreciated. The women did a good job cleaning and were willing to take instruction. All very nice folks and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have used Toni's services for several years.  My 80 year old mom uses them as well.  I would recommend them without reservation. Very hardworking, honest and friendly.  (and they put up with my obnoxious dog.)  One of the things I like is they don't have to be micro-managed.  I often find they have taken the initiative and clean something I did not point out to them.  It is a pleasure to have them in my home.

David called me Friday morning to confirm the appointment for 5 PM. He showed up at approx 5 PM and dropped off two cleaners. David walked the house with the cleaners, explaining what areas to clean. Then the ladies started the cleaning. David said he would be back in 1.50 to 2 Hrs. The ladies were polite and professional. They cleaned everything that we asked for properly and precisely. I must say, its been a while a since our windows have been so clean and clear! The ladies finished up around 7 PM. David showed up about 10 minutes later. We walked the house to do an inspection, he asked me if I had any complaints and/or concerns with the service? My wife and I were totally satisfied with the services. He then handed me the bill and I cut him a check for $125, just like he quoted me. I took some of his busniess cards and I thanked him for the quick last minute cleaning. I will call him again.

I was looking for a cleaning service who does good quality work, but who is also trustworthy and reliable. I was referred to Toni's Cleaning through a friend and am glad that I called.

I spoke to Chris who came out and gave me an estimate and reviewed the work that they do. He was very professional and knowledgeable about not only the work, but also the products to use on different surfaces. This was important to me because I have a newly remodeled home so I wanted everything to be handled with care,

I agreed to the estimate and scheduled a time for them to come to the house. I like that they have a decent sized crew which meant that the work can be promptly done while I am at work. I was so cool to come home to a spotless house. Now I use the service on a regular basis.
