A friend wanted a dozen red roses. I did an internet search and found Sid's website. I have been aware of Sid's being in my area  but I have never utilized them before.
Ordering was via the website. Browsing their selection I found that the arrangement. I really liked that the dozen red roses arrangement had several options for upgrading along with pictures of the arrangements. Also, the site had the option of adding on balloons, chocolates, and a stuffed animal.
I did have a few questions about delivery and called and they were answered promptly and professionally by a friendly staff member.
The most important factor was that the friend who received the arrangement and extras was VERY pleased with everything.

They have excellent customer service. Recently, I wanted to send flowers and it was technically out of their area but they went ahead and took care of it for me under the specific circumstance. I have been very pleased with them every time I have used them. They have their own greenhouses and have been in business for a long time. Their arrangements are always very beautiful. They work with you to make whatever you would like to have made. They offer a very personalized service.

Fantastic from start to finish.

I am very happy with the tree and the planting of it. It seems to be a high quality tree and was just what I was looking for. There was a two week wait to have the tree planted. When I bought the tree, they said it would be delivered and planted in the afternoon. I called about three days prior to the planting to confirm the afternoon planting, and they said it would definitely be in the afternoon. I was disappointed when they called me the morning of the planting and said I was scheduled to be the second stop of the day in the morning. But they did change it to the afternoon for me. Also, they had me call to have the utilities checked before digging. I believe this is wrong, maybe illegal, as state law says "the person actually doing the digging (excavator) is required to call and locate request information." I was not told by Sid's I needed to call when I bought the tree. Only when I called to confirm the planting time did I ask about the utilities and find this out.

They do great work and are easy to work with.

WE ORDERED THIS CORSAGE A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO MOTHER'S DAY AS A GIFT TO BE PRESENTED AT MOTHER'S DAY BRUNCH. THE CORSAGE WAS DONE ON TIME & VERY PRETTY/NICELY MADE. THE PRICE WAS EXACTLY THE TOP OF THE RANGE WE WERE QUOTED. NO DOWN PAYMENT OR ADVANCE PAYMENT WAS REQUIRED. THE ONLY SMALL GLITCH WAS THAT THE COLOR-SCHEME OF THE FLOWERS THAT WE'D ASKED FOR WAS NOT USED. THE FLOWERS WERE LOVELY & FRESH, BUT NOT THE COLOR WE ASKED FOR, EVEN WITH ADVANCE ORDERING. IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT THEY'D RUN OUT OF QUALITY ROSES IN THAT PARTICULAR COLOR TO USE & HAD DONE THE BEST THEY COULD TO SUBSTITUTE FOR A HIGH QUALITY & ENJOYABLE CORSAGE.

WHILE SID'S OFTEN DOES A NICE JOB AND HAS A GOOD SELECTION, THEY DISPLAY TWO FLAWS: 1) THE HOLLY BUSHES HAD TO BE RETURNED DUE TO THEIR DYING WHEN PLANTED. BECAUSE THE 30 DAY LIMIT ON THE RETURN HAD EXPIRED ONE DAY BEFORE, AND THIS WAS OVER THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND, WHEN WE HAPPENED TO BE OUT OF TOWN, THEY WOULD NOT FLEX AND CREDIT THE FULL PURCHASE AMOUNT, ONLY 50%. I THOUGHT THIS WAS PETTY AND UNREASONABLE. 2) AFTER RETURNING THE HOLLIES, WHICH I HAD TO DIG UP AND DRAG OVER TO SID'S IN LARGE TRASH BAGS AS EVIDENCE OF THEIR DEATH, I GOT A LECTURE ON HOW I MUST HAVE PLANTED THEM INCORRECTLY BECAUSE "THOSE DON'T DIE." ONE LAST THING ABOUT SID'S: GENERALLY WE LIKE WHAT WE BUY THERE AND THEY ARE PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, BUT NOT IN THIS INSTANCE. ALSO, BE AWARE THAT, EVEN DURING THE SUMMER SEASON, THEY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS.

EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP. THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED AND FINISHED SOONER THAN EXPECTED.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THEY DID THE WORK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. BUD FISHER WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
