After purchasing $29 Mold Inspection offer, it came to light that my area (zip code 60644) is not serviced. The Polar Tiger website indicates 'proud to serve the greater Chicago area and suburbs, Northwest Indiana and Southeast Wisconsin'. My refund for this offer is forthcoming. Complaint with a case number has been initiated.

No more chemicals. I knew there should be other way and now I found it. Thanks to Polar Tiger my basement is clean in a safe way. Not a drop of chemicals and mold is gone. Our kitchen and dinner was severely damaged by the smoke. Polar Tiger removed smoke and odors without any chemicals, or cleaning supplies. It was amazing to watch them at work. We didn?t know anything about dry ice before and now we?re telling everybody that dry ice is the way to go. Especially who thinks GREEN. Way to go Tiger! Five star service!

Outstanding work, quick response and fast service. We had a terrible mold problem in the basement and now it's gone. It's just amazing how techniques advanced in the past few years. All cleaning was done with the dry ice. No chemicals and no moisture. That's the way we all should go. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service again. Air quality testing was performed by Polar Tiger late night on friday and just after the noon time on saturday we got the results from the lab. How quick and convenient is that! Of course concentration levels in the lab report wiped the smile of my face. But that was just for the brief moment, because Polar Tiger agreed to start remediation on sunday. I’ll repeat myself-sunday! How selflessness is that! They built 2 contamination rooms and hooked up 2 HEPA air scrubbers just after the lunch time and by the dinner time they start packing their stuff already. It did take them only 2 hours to blast mold away. Amazing and I really mean it. I’m very happy with the results and the time frame. It could not turn out any better. No mess, no moisture and most important no chemicals! I do recommend Polar Tiger. Extremely good service.

We had terrible mold situation both in the basement and attic and Polar Tiger guys took care of it in some magical way - no residue at all. No water or anything, it was amazing especially for the attic. The service is pricey but worth every penny and the guys were easy to deal with.

Great service, they educated us about the problem and removed mold in a way I never knew existed. It's like magic process they have and it works. It's was an expensive service, but they don't use any chemicals or leave no mess after - so it's great, especially if you have small children in the house.
