I awoke this morning to find the furnace inoperable.  I was referred by a friend of mine.  I called Jack at Diamond Temperature and left a message.  My call was returned within 15 minutes.  I explained to him that I had no heat and he related that he could be at my house after he was done on the service call he was at.  Jack was at my house within an hour.  After a few minutes he figured out the issue (it was minor) and while he was there I also asked him to clean the furnace if he had time, which he did.  Jack was quick to respond to my house (its february and cold), professional, friendly and I felt did a thorough job. I would highly recommend him to others.  I also felt the price was reasonable, especially since it was an emergency and a holiday.

Very great guy! We called John based on a referral from a family member who has used him for years. We called on Sunday at noon and John came over one hour later. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and taught us how to take care of the system, as we are new home owners.
