They come out when I call them. They are good on price. Their quality is absolutely fine. They are efficient and a good service.

When we called B & S, they came right out even though it was the dead of winter and helped us. We have used them twice now and both times, they came right out. What I was most impressed by was that they showed us that there was an adjustment on our thermostat that we could do ourselves if our furnace went out again like that. What was great about that was that they could have simply adjusted it and not taught us and then maybe gotten more money out of us again. They are very honest.
