Overall it was a great experience. Mr. Chang is extremely knowledgeable, diligent, timely, a great communicator. I requested services and Mr. Chang was able to come even the next day for the home inspection. He was extremely thorough and found some things even the most trained inspector would not have found. He also worked with another inspector to test for Radon. He produced the overall report quickly and professionally. I'd use him again and even referred my sister in law to him. They used him and were pleased as well.
