BUYER BEWARE!!!! This has got to be one of the worst mortgage companies because they deliberately lie to their customers promising something that they know is not realistic and/or obtainable. Loan officer Derek Hudland has no clue what he is doing and straight out lies to his clients about what they can afford. I was involved in a transaction which required 4 mortgage extensions from Derek. Turned out (3 months later) that the buyer had no chance in obtaining a mortgage for even half the amount promised by Derek. Also, when the matter was escalated to his manager Tim Huss, he also gave everyone the run around. If you want to avoid wasting your and everyone's time, please seek a creditable mortgage company.

From the beginning of the loan process, Tim Huss explained everyting in detail to my clients which eliminated any surprises as we approached the loan closing date.  Tim is more on top of his files than any other loan officer I have worked with in the past.  He definitely takes a personal interest in each and every one of his files.

I called Tim about refinancing and he was able to give us three options on what Pacor could offer and I chose the best option for me.  I  was able to set up a time to meet face to face and he drove out to our personal home to go over all of the loan disclosures on the option which I had chosen.  The process was seamless and I cannot say enough about Tim Huss and the over all experience using Pacor Mortgage Corp and he was able to credit all of the closing costs back to us so it was a true no cost refinance!
