The workers were very inexperienced in dealing with polymeric (hardens like concrete when water is applied) and did not properly sweep residual sand off the bricks prior to wetting down. I had to stop them after they started and insist that they clear residual sand off the bricks. They were not able to completely clean although the owner did have them power wash most of the hardened sand off the surface. Upon applying the sealer they did not have enough product and had to obtain more. The second batch was from a different manufacturer which resulted in a very visible and different finish on half of the patio. Greer attempted to correct on a couple occasions which only made matters worse. I attempted to contact on several occasions following the work and received no response. I will note that I paid for half of the job and did not pay the balance owed due to the damage to the patio. My rationalization was that I would wait for the sealer to wear off and have someone else re-apply properly.
