He fixed the two minor problems quickly but needed to do more research on the outside faucet. He determined it needed to be replaced (parts not made anymore) and required cutting a drywall hole in a basement finished room. The repair was perfect and he brought an access panel to cover up the hole which is barely noticeable. He worked quickly and efficiently and is very easy to get along with. We would definitely work with him again and recommend him to others.

Overall it went well. He knew what he was doing, and explained why the traps and related pipes needed to be replaced. In the one bathroom where we had already replaced the trap, he didn't replace it.

He was on time and professional. He was also neat and clean up after himself. He gave me good advice.He went above and beyond the call of duty when working in house. The pricing was reasonable.

Overall great experience. He was efficient, worked quickly, very accommodating and professional. We will use him for all our future plumbing needs!!!

My old faucet had a leaky cartridge and was leaking under the sink as well as on the surface. I called Bob on a Tuesday. He returned my call that evening and I scheduled the appointment for the following Saturday (this was not an emergency). Bob came out and replaced the old faucet with a new one that I had purchased. Bob is very efficient and knows what he is doing. I thought his price was very reasonable. I will call him again for future plumbing projects.

After contacting Bob by phone and informing him I wanted to install a water powered backup sump pump, he wanted me to contact the Village of Tinley Park to make sure this was approved. I contacted the village via e-mail and they approved. I let him know and he came over during the day to install the sump pump. He worked for quite a while getting everything right. He needed to make a second 5 minute trip to install a new sump lid. When it was done, I had my new backup sump and piece of mind.

From start to finish he was very professional. Returned call in a timely manner, showed up on time, and replaced the pump, at what I considered a fair price. He cleaned up after the job. You would never know that we had any work done. Would definitely use in the future for any plumbing problem.

He got there on time, and spent 7 + hours doing the work. The bathtub waste/overflow drain assembly was a bit trickier than he anticipated, but despite the extended amount of time he spent, he stayed until the entire job was done, and charged me what he quoted on the original estimate. I need to add that I had gotten 2 other estimates, and his was by far the most reasonable.

Bob returned my call the same day. On the day of the appointment, he called to say he would be a half-hour late. He was very courteous and professional.

Everything went fine and I will call again for plumbing issues.

Great! He gave me the lowest estimate over the phone out of about 15 plumbers that I called in my area. He was pleasant, honest, and dependable. I would use him again.

Early in the morning on Sunday, Dec. 24, I discovered a pool of water in the cabinet under the kitchen sink. I looked up 4 local plumbers and left messages at 9:00 am. Bob called back about 20 minutes later and was going to be on a job in our area. He offered to stop by when he finished his appointment. In the meantime, my husband ran to the hardware store to purchase a new faucet. When Bob showed up, he told us how he was once on a job where he opened the box of a new faucet and found an old faucet inside. So we opened the box my husband had just purchased and found a used faucet was in the box. Bob waited for my husband to take the faucet back to the store and get another one. During that time he replaced the p-traps that were pitted and damaged from the leak. He also removed the lime build-up that was hidden under the faucet plate. Bob is knowledgeable, professional and responsive. We were happy to find him on Angie's List and will call him next time we need a plumber.

I though that Bob did an excellent job and his price was at least $100 less than his closest competitor even with the additions. He did his work quickly and showed me what he had done before leaving. I would highly recommend him.
