Called and scheduled an appointment with company for an estimate. On date/time expected, the company called asking to re-schedule for the following day. The following day, the company never showed up or called saying they would be late so we called them to inquire where they were and ended up setting up another scheduled day for them to come out to look at job for an estimate. They showed up on next scheduled date, gave an estimate and a description of the work that needed to be done. We then agreed on the repairs & set a scheduled date for repairs to be fixed. On the date expected for repairs to be done, company again never called and never showed. At this point we gave up and found another company. Company is not reliable. They only got an A for price due to price quoted for repair initially was what we ended up paying another company that we also found on Angie's List & would highly recommend over this company 100% - Family Waterproofing Solutions (Very reliable, professional & did a great job).
